The attachment below contains the pages of the Condominium Declaration  (not including the By-Laws, which are available elsewhere) as submitted to the Department of Buildings.  It is not a good quality copy, but it is the actual copy filed at the DOB.  

 As times allows, and perhaps with volunteer help from the owners, this document may be cleaned and transformed into a more readable and searcheable format.

 The By-Laws of The 155 Condominium as printed at the time of the conversion (1988?) are now available online.  The document herein was scanned from bound hard-copy.   It is possible it may not reflect the contents of the original with full accuracy, but we have proof-read it and is accurate to the best of our knowledge.
